By accessing and using the Bloomfield CT mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Important Notice: This App is an unofficial third-party application for Bloomfield, Connecticut residents. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Town of Bloomfield, Connecticut, or any of its departments or officials.

The Bloomfield CT App provides residents with:

Trash and recycling collection schedules
Town event information
Meeting agendas
News updates
Weather information

4. No Warranty

The App and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The information is accurate, complete, or up-to-date
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Any defects will be corrected
The App is free from viruses or harmful components

5. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the App. Always verify critical information with official Town of Bloomfield sources.

6. Data Sources

Information in the App is sourced from publicly available data. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the source data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Di Nerd Apps LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

Missed trash collection days
Incorrect event information
Service interruptions
Data loss

8. Apple Foundation Models (AI)

The App uses Apple Foundation Models for on-device AI summarization. All AI processing occurs locally on your device. We do not have access to the content being summarized.

9. External Links

The App may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
