Yard Dominoes ("the App", "we", "us") is a Caribbean-style partner dominoes game for Apple TV. We built it to be played, not to collect your data. This policy explains what information the App does — and does not — handle.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Specifically, the App:
- Does not require an account, sign-in, or registration.
- Does not collect names, email addresses, or contact details.
- Does not track your location.
- Does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- Does not contain advertisements.
- Does not access the microphone, camera, contacts, or photos.
Data Stored on Your Device
Game data — such as match progress, scores, player names you enter for local seats, and settings — is stored locally on your Apple TV. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the App.
Data Shared with Third Parties
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any data with third parties, because we do not collect any.
Apple Platform Services
Apple may collect limited diagnostic information (such as crash reports) if you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in your Apple TV settings. This collection is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and any crash data we receive through Apple is anonymous and used solely to fix bugs.
Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by virtue of collecting nothing at all.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
