Terms of Use

Loodi, by Di Nerd Apps LLC · Effective July 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Loodi (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. The App

Loodi is a free iMessage board game published by Di Nerd Apps LLC ("we", "us"). Version 1 contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.

3. Your content

Display names, taunt lines, and anything else you attach to a game message are sent by you, through your own iMessage account, to people you chose to message. You're responsible for what you send. Keep it playful — taunt the play, not the person.

4. Fair play

Don't attempt to tamper with game messages or interfere with other players' experience. The App validates game state and ignores payloads that don't follow the rules, but tampering is also just bad vibes.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, artwork, and code, belongs to Di Nerd Apps LLC. Ludi itself belongs to everyone's grandmother.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free — though we work hard on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Di Nerd Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero — it's free).

8. Apple

These terms are between you and Di Nerd Apps LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App and isn't responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
