This Privacy Policy describes how Loodi ("the app"), published by Di Nerd Apps LLC ("we", "us"), handles your information. The short version: Loodi collects no data about you. None.
Information we collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Specifically, Loodi has:
- No user accounts or sign-in
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers
- No third-party SDKs that collect data
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos
- No network communication — the game runs entirely on your Apple TV
Game data
Any game information (such as scores or settings) exists only in the app's memory on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
Purchases
Loodi is a paid app, and any optional in-app purchases (such as board themes) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details, or any other personal information from those transactions. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Because Loodi collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children. The app contains no ads, no external links reachable during gameplay, and no chat features.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Loodi ever changes how data is handled (for example, adding online multiplayer), we will update this policy before that version is released and note the new effective date above.
