Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Loodi app ("the app"), published by Di Nerd Apps LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Loodi on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.

Purchases

Loodi is a paid app. Optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetic board themes or tips) are one-time purchases processed by Apple. All billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms — we cannot issue refunds directly. In-app purchases are cosmetic only and never affect gameplay or dice fairness.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, artwork, sounds, and code, is owned by Di Nerd Apps LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Ludi itself is a traditional game and no claim is made over the game's rules or heritage — Loodi is our expression of it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — playing Ludi — and in compliance with applicable law and the App Store terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dice outcomes are random; we make no promises about your luck.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Di Nerd Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
