1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Di Nerd Apps LLC ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Snake & Ladda application for Apple TV (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these Terms supplement it.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
3. Purchase
The App is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. It contains no advertising, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its artwork, design, code, and the Snake & Ladda name, is owned by Di Nerd Apps LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where the law permits it despite this restriction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App in violation of any applicable law;
- attempt to extract, resell, or redistribute the App or its assets;
- interfere with or disrupt the App's operation on any device.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Di Nerd Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
