Welcome to the CTRail App ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

The App provides real-time train tracking, schedule information, and trip planning for the Hartford Line rail service. The App uses publicly available data from CTtransit's GTFS and GTFS-Realtime feeds.

2. Data Accuracy

Schedule and real-time data is provided by CTtransit and is delivered to you as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any transit data displayed in the App. Always verify critical travel plans with official CTtransit sources.

3. No Affiliation

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to CTtransit, the Connecticut Department of Transportation, or any government agency. "Hartford Line" and "CTRail" are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Redistribute or resell access to the App

5. Subscriptions

The App offers optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Apple's policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed trains, incorrect schedule information, or service disruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
