Groceryy List for iMessage · Last updated July 29, 2026

Note: Groceryy List is currently in development and has not yet been released on the App Store. This policy describes how the app is designed to work and will be kept up to date through release.

The short version

Groceryy List has no accounts, no sign-up, and no server. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Your grocery lists travel inside your iMessage conversations and are cached only on your own device.

What data the app handles

To work, the app handles the following information — entirely on your device and inside your iMessage conversation:

What we do not do

Messages you send

When you send a list update, it becomes part of your iMessage conversation, just like any other message. Delivery, storage, and encryption of messages are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. Anyone in the conversation can view and edit the shared list.

Children's privacy

Groceryy List does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. The app contains no third-party content, ads, or external links within the app experience itself.

Changes to this policy

If the app's behavior ever changes in a way that affects your privacy — for example, if a future version adds optional features that use the network — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
