1. Acceptance of these terms
By installing or using Groceryy List ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by Nerdy Yawdie ("we", "us").
2. What the app does
Groceryy List is an iMessage extension for creating and sharing collaborative grocery lists within your Messages conversations. List data is embedded in the messages you send and cached locally on your device. We operate no servers and hold no copy of your lists.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you add to shared lists and send in your conversations.
- Anyone in a conversation can view and edit a list shared there — only share lists in conversations you trust.
- You agree not to use the app for anything unlawful or to send abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
- Use of iMessage itself is governed by Apple's own terms and policies.
4. Availability and changes
The app is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time, including in ways that affect previously sent list bubbles. We may update or discontinue the app at our discretion, without notice.
5. Pre-release software
Until public release, any build you use (for example, through TestFlight) is pre-release software. It may contain bugs, and list data created with pre-release builds may not be compatible with future versions.
6. Purchases
The core app is free. If optional in-app purchases (such as theme packs or a tip jar) are offered in the future, they will be processed by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchases do not create an account with us.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that lists will always be delivered, merged, or preserved without error.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your list content) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our name, branding, or artwork.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
