Holiday Countdown is a self-contained tvOS app. All data (holiday dates, countdown timers, and display preferences) exists only on your Apple TV and is never transmitted anywhere.

Holiday Countdown offers optional tip purchases to support the developer. All in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
We never see, handle, or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions. You can review Apple's policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
As a tvOS app distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain technical and diagnostic information as part of their standard platform services. This is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, not ours.
Apple may collect information such as crash reports and app performance data when you have agreed to share diagnostics with Apple in your device settings.
Holiday Countdown is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, there are no special concerns regarding children's data. The app fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by virtue of collecting no data at all.
Holiday Countdown does not contain links to third-party websites or services within the app. This legal page is hosted on GitHub Pages, which is subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement.
If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Since we collect no data, changes would only occur if we add features that change our data practices — in which case we will notify users via an app update description.
