✅ Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Holiday Countdown ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to the tvOS version of Holiday Countdown distributed through the Apple App Store.

📜 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Holiday Countdown for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple TV devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

💳 In-App Purchases

Holiday Countdown offers optional in-app purchases ("Tips") to support the developer. These are voluntary and are not required to use any feature of the App.

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Tip purchases are non-refundable, as they are voluntary gratitude payments
• Refund requests must be made directly through Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com
• We reserve the right to change tip amounts at any time
• Tips do not unlock additional features — they support continued development

🎯 App Content & Accuracy

Holiday Countdown displays US holiday dates and related informational content. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy:

• Holiday dates are calculated algorithmically and are intended as a guide only
• Holiday facts are provided for entertainment and educational purposes
• We do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free
• Some holidays may have variable dates (e.g., Easter, Thanksgiving) that are calculated using standard algorithms

🚫 Disclaimer of Warranties

Holiday Countdown is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information in the App

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Holiday Countdown, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Any errors or omissions in the App's content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, if the App is free, is $0.00).

🍎 Apple App Store Terms

Holiday Countdown is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and Conditions and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for Holiday Countdown.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to App Store usage.

🌍 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We will notify users of material changes via an App Store update description.
