Jamaica Trivia ("the App") is developed and published by DinerD Apps. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Jamaica Trivia does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
All game state (scores, progress) exists only in the app's memory for the duration of a session. No data is persisted to disk, synced to iCloud, or transmitted anywhere. When you close the app, all session data is discarded.
Jamaica Trivia is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, the App complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations. No data from children under 13 (or any other age) is collected.
Jamaica Trivia does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, crash reporters, or advertising networks. The App operates entirely offline and self-contained.
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy and platform terms. Apple may collect certain diagnostic and usage data as part of the tvOS operating system, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy. DinerD Apps has no access to this data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
