By downloading, installing, or using Jamaica Trivia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
DinerD Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple TV devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Jamaica Trivia provides trivia questions, historical information, and factual content about Jamaica. While we strive to ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information within the App. The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.
The App, including all content, design, graphics, code, and text, is the intellectual property of DinerD Apps and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by DinerD Apps.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DinerD Apps does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DinerD Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if DinerD Apps has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. DinerD Apps is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party platforms, including Apple.
DinerD Apps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
