Privacy Policy

The short version: Snake & Ladda collects no personal data. None. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no servers operated by us.

This Privacy Policy describes how Di Nerd Apps LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Snake & Ladda iMessage app and its companion iOS app (together, the "App").

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and no backend servers operated by us.

2. How your game data works

Snake & Ladda is played inside Apple's Messages app. The entire state of a game (board positions, dice results, seat colors, and the chosen board style) is encoded directly into the iMessage game bubble that you and the other players send to each other. That data:

• travels only through Apple's iMessage service, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy;
• is visible only to the participants of that conversation;
• never passes through, and is never stored on, any server operated by us.

Players in a game are identified only by anonymous, conversation-scoped identifiers provided by Apple's Messages framework. These identifiers do not reveal your name, phone number, email, or contacts to us, and the App does not persist them.

3. Data stored on your device

The App stores no game history, profiles, or personal data on your device beyond what iOS itself manages for any installed app.

4. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. Because we collect no data from anyone, we do not knowingly (or unknowingly) collect personal information from children.

5. Third-party services

The App contains no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics tools. The only third party involved in delivering the App and your messages is Apple (the App Store and iMessage).

6. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights over personal data that companies hold about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Game bubbles live in your Messages conversations and can be deleted there like any other message.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App ever changes how data is handled (for example, optional purchases), we will update this policy and its effective date before that version ships.
